A few random thoughts and idea’s today so I thought I’d
bundle them all together.
Contested Idea
As promised I’m looking to enter the next contest. At the
moment I’m in the most important phase, barnstorming. I’m gathering together
idea and trying to see if I have enough to write the thing.
Current my idea, and this is pushing the theme a little, is
that the player has entered (with or without their permission) a contest for a
massive reward. All they need to do is reach a point in a contained area,
possibly an apartment block, without being transformed. The working title is
The Game, and despite the obvious initials I’m thinking to keep to a
Bimbofication theme.
Tiffies
As you may be aware Babblingfaces has done an excellent job
on putting together and (hopefully) annual award, something I could get done,
though I’m not bitter. I’m planning to try and do my voting this weekend, and
no I’m not going to tell you what I choose (mostly because I haven’t decided
yet).
The Doll and How to get Promoted, are both eligible for the
votes, and whilst I’d never try to sway your opinion, if you did enjoy these
games please consider them for the vote. And for balance and fairness there are
a lot of other good games up for consideration.
Beta Bonus
With the contest game, if it gets written and with any game
for a while I’m thinking of only offering Betas through this blog. This is as a
bonus, and incentive, to keep people following me. I’m probably going to follow
a convoluted route of announcing here but asking for people to apply through
TFGames, mostly so I can prove who asking and everything is legit.
Back in Business
All this thinking about betas is because hopeful for the next
couple of week I going to be able to do some more work on my games. The plan is to
start with How to get Promoted, but if things go really well I might get some
work done on other things. I’m not sure yet if I’m going to work one career at
the time, a sideways builds if you will. The other option is to build all the
occupations and work across.
I’m planning to try and keep you updated on some of this,
but it may be a little patchy. My thinking on this is that it’s better to work
on the game itself rather than spend time telling people what I’ve done.
